Phase Two: Execution

During this phase, we provide three main packages:

• Construction & Materials Package
  • Detailed pricing based on separate bill items (e.g., structural works, finishes, flooring, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Materials can be customized to meet the client’s preferences and specifications.
• Furniture Package
  • Pricing is calculated per piece.
  • Includes custom or imported furniture, depending on the agreed style and budget.
• Accessories & Decor Package
  • Includes:
    • Curtains, tailoring, and installation
    • Curtain accessories (rods, bases, tassels…)
    • Decorative items, wall art, mirrors, and accent pieces

Each of these packages is designed to give the client full flexibility in choosing according to their personal style and budget.
